Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in your browser using localStorage. Nothing is sent to any server. Your typing history is completely private and stays on your device. Clearing your browser data will also clear the history.
How do I log a test result?
Switch to the Log tab, enter your WPM (words per minute), accuracy percentage, and test duration in seconds, then click the Log Result button. The entry will be added to your history instantly.
What is a good WPM score?
Average typing speed is around 40-50 WPM. Good is 50-70 WPM. Fast is 70-100 WPM. Expert is 100+ WPM. Professional typists typically type between 65-75 WPM.
How is the improvement trend calculated?
The trend compares the average WPM of your 5 most recent tests against your previous 5 tests. If the recent average is higher, it shows a positive trend indicating improvement.
